THE ARK NETWORK PLAN — $550/MO

The Network Plan is built for contractors who want a consistent flow of qualified local leads without the complexity of running their own ad campaigns. Here's how it works: ARK Local runs advertising under the ARK brand across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. We generate leads from Sarasota homeowners who are actively looking for home service contractors. Those leads get routed to you based on your trade and service area.

You pay a flat $550 per month. No ad spend. No per-lead fees. No contracts. You get access to our lead network, our qualified homeowner database, and our proven funnel — without having to build any of it yourself.

This plan is right for you if you're just getting started with digital marketing, if you want to test the waters before committing to a larger program, or if you simply want a predictable lead source without the overhead of managing your own campaigns.

THE ARK BRANDED GROWTH PLAN — $850/MO + AD SPEND

The Branded Growth Plan is for contractors who are ready to build their own brand in the Sarasota market. In addition to everything in the Network Plan, we run dedicated Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns under your business name, with your photos, your reviews, and your story. Homeowners see your brand — not ARK Local — and they call you directly.

The base plan is $850/mo, which covers our management fee and strategy. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Facebook — we recommend starting at $300–$500/mo for meaningful results, with "power up" add-ons available in $250 and $500 increments as you scale. We handle everything: creative, targeting, optimization, reporting, and lead follow-up strategy.

This plan is right for you if you're established in your trade, if you want to build long-term brand recognition in Sarasota, or if you're ready to grow from a one-person operation to a multi-crew business.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Ask yourself two questions. First: do you want leads now, or do you want to build a brand over time? The Network Plan delivers leads immediately. The Branded Plan builds something that compounds — the longer you run it, the stronger your brand recognition becomes and the cheaper your leads get.

Second: are you ready to invest in ad spend on top of a management fee? If cash flow is tight, the Network Plan's flat $550/mo is a lower-risk entry point. If you have budget to invest and you're serious about growth, the Branded Plan's ROI is significantly higher over a 6–12 month window.

Most of our clients start on the Network Plan to validate the lead quality, then upgrade to the Branded Plan within 60–90 days once they see the results. We make that transition easy and there's no penalty for upgrading.
